✅ How to Run (Recommended)

1. Unzip the file and place the folder on your Desktop.

2. First-time setup — remove security flags:

xattr -cr ~/Desktop/AutoFolderCleaner_Mac/auto_folder_cleaner.app

```

3. Run the app:

```bash

open ~/Desktop/AutoFolderCleaner_Mac/auto_folder_cleaner.app

```

🛡 macOS Security Notice (First-Time Launch)

You may see this message:

> “The app can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.”

Here’s how to fix it:

1. Right-click the app → Click Open

2. Confirm again in the popup

3. Still blocked?

- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security

- Click “Open Anyway” at the bottom

- Then click Open

If the app is still blocked, open System Settings and go to Privacy & Security.
Scroll down until you see a message saying the app was blocked.
Click “Allow Anyway”, then click “Open” in the popup window.

🐍 Run from Source Code (Advanced)

If you prefer running from Python:

1. Make sure Python 3 is installed

2. Open Terminal:
